| We look back at 2008 as a year that brought some changes to our programs and saw our most successful Carnival Day fund raiser ever. We look forward to 2009 and continuing to provide services to a very special group of children and their families from throughout Central Aroostook County. Children on the Autism spectrum and those with Down Syndrome continue to respond exceptionally well to interaction activities at the ranch. We are in the process of revamping our youth activities group with a focus of tailoring activities and projects to the abilities and interests of our clients. The group will continue to be open to any child from the area regardless of whether they formally receive services at the ranch. Our long term dream continues to be having an enclosed arena building to allow us to provide services during the winter months and during inclement summer weather. That building would also allow us to provide an array of expanded services. Also new this year is an added feature to the web site. We now have a full feature weather station at the ranch that posts live weather conditions on several weather web sites. The station includes a web camera to show current conditions. If you time it right, you might even catch a glimpse of one of the goats. If you look at the far right border area of our home page, just below the sun and moon information, you will see a thumbnail feed from the camera along with the latest weather conditions.
